About the role

Join our dynamic team at AUXILIA INC' as a Customer Service Representative working from home. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our valued clients. With a minimum of 6 months' BPO experience, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our consumer accounts while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  4. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of customer service or call centre experience in a BPO environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in navigating and utilising customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  5. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
