
Business Development Officer

Responsibilities / Duties:
Business Development:
1. Supports all Business Development and Business Transformation planning
a. Recommend new business trends, market trends, platforms
b. Research and recommend innovations that will improve or advance the current service offerings of Origami
c. Research and analyze data and recommend changes to optimize results and/or business growth
d. Conduct market research and studies to support business decisions
e. Make calls, reach out and communicate to prospective clients promptly and if business exigencies so require.
f. Follow up prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure that needs are being met.
g. Assists in presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients.
h. Develops sales strategies and set quotas.
i. Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
j. Maintaining a database of contact information.
k. Builds long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a
better customer experience.
Project Management:
1. Grow existing accounts and open new accounts for the company.
2. Seek opportunities to introduce the company portfolio to clients with the view of expanding services offered.
3. Directly responsible for ensuring that all requirements to accomplish assigned client projects are efficiently and
effectively planned and implemented.
4. Evaluates project requirements and cascades them to concerned personnel. Briefs concerned personnel on the details and requirements of the Client's instructions and advice. Ensures that all instructions, responsibilities and operational details are clearly understood by the implementing personnel.
5. Oversees, controls and monitors project implementation based on the approved operational and cost guidelines and in accordance with proper schemes/processes stated in the Client's advice.
6. Coordinates with concerned departments to ensure that activation guidelines and client-agreed standards are met all times.
7. Resolves activation concerns/issues by coordinating with the concerned departments within Activation Machine.
8. Advises the CEO on all matters affecting all projects.
Management Support:
1. Ensures the proper and strict implementation of the administrative, accounting and personnel policies of the Company under the Personal Events BU
2. Oversees and supervises the activities of Staff under his/her direct supervision to ensure the efficiency and
effectiveness of their given tasks and for the attainment of the Personal Events BU as well as the corporate objectives.
3. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
