  • Primary Responsibilities:

The Project Assistant supports implementation of activities of the project, in particular related to his/her posting. S/he carries out tasks in support of project development and implementation and provides administrative support to project management of services and processes.

The Project Assistant works under the supervision of the Visa Processing Unit ensuring a smooth and timely delivery of service and work collaboratively with all members of the Team both with the client HR representative and APEEC Visa Processing Unit.

Primary Tasks

· Will be primarily responsible in personally assisting all foreign nationals' visa applications in her/his post. Coordinate the same with the Visa Processing Unit.

· Will answer basic queries and collect data and documents.

· Monitor visa applications on the system.

· Update all applicants for the status of their applications.

· Coordinates with Visa Processing Unit for the preparation of documents.

· Verifies completeness of documents and details from the applicant.

· Coordinate delivery and pick up of documents.

· Will assist applicants for appearances required for visa application hearing and biometrics at the Bureau of Immigration.

· Assist in the preparation of inputs for reports.

· Assist in the preparation of documents and other requirements.

· Assist in the processing of documents with the government agencies.

· Perform any other duties as required.

· Willing to agree on a stay- in basis (temporary arrangement for COVID-19 prevention)

· With free condo accommodation at BGC

Qualifications

· Must be a college graduate.

· With good speaking skills. Can converse in English. Knowledge in Chinese language an

advantage.

· With patience in dealing with various personalities and documentation.

· With good interpersonal skills.

· Detail oriented.

· With good analytical skills and can respond to challenges in a timely manner.

· Willing to be assigned at BGC, Taguig City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
