Job Description

Hiring: Sales Specialist (European Work Permits)

Work from Home | Immigration Sector

Salary: ₱17,000/month (with conditions)

We're looking for self-motivated Sales Specialists who can generate their own leads and close at least 3 successful sales per month to qualify for the fixed salary.

This role is ideal for experienced immigration, travel, or education sales professionals who want career growth in a fully remote setup.

Please answer all the questionnaire to qualify for selection. This is a mandatory requirement.

What You'll Do

  • Generate your own leads through social media, referrals, or B2B outreach
  • Guide clients on European work permit options and processes
  • Handle client communication, calls, and documentation
  • Maintain clear sales records and daily updates
  • Support clients until post-sale completion

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales (immigration/travel/education preferred)
  • Knowledge of European work permits is a big advantage
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and hit monthly targets
  • Must achieve at least 3 confirmed sales per month to qualify for fixed salary
  • Existing recruiter or agent network is a bonus

Salary & Benefits

  • ₱17,000/month basic (only applicable after 3 confirmed sales/month)
  • ₱2,800 incentive for each additional work permit sale
  • If the target is not achieved, salary will shift to incentive-only model (₱2,800 per confirmed sale)

  • What's your average monthly closure rate or sales volume in past roles?
  • How many years of experience do you have in sales or closing deals for European work permit services?
  • Can you usually find and close your own leads?
  • Have you ever closed around ₱140,000 (approx. €2,000) per client in services?
  • Do you have experience in immigration, recruitment, or overseas job placement?
  • We help people get legal work permits in Europe (Poland, Portugal, etc.). Can you provide clients actively searching for these services?
  • Do you have any existing B2B recruiter/agency connections for sending candidates abroad?
  • Are you confident in closing at least 1 work permit sale per month independently?
  • If selected, how soon can you start?
  • Do you agree to the salary structure: ₱17,000/month after 3 confirmed sales, or ₱2,800 per confirmed sale if the target is not achieved?
