Job description

We are looking for technical support personnel that will oversee and maintain the computer hardware and software systems in the North Luzon area. Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzes, troubleshoots and diagnose hardware problems.

Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks.

Respond to inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.

Discloses and reports audit findings, thus, preventive and corrective measures will be made.

Coordinates and submits audit reports to the Human Resource Department for employees who have caused infractions for proper documentation and action.

Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential information and sensitive issues.

Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

Key Requirements:

With a bachelor's degree in any IT related courses

With at least two (2) years of IT-related working experience.

Adept in PC and network troubleshooting

Extensive experience in working with different operating systems, installing and configuring computer systems and applications.

Can maintain composure under pressure, with keen eyes for details, and with good people skills.

Time-management skills and ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
