Work Schedule Requirement
- Regular working hours fall anywhere between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM (Adelaide, SA Time)
- Actual shift will depend on rostered scheduling (early or late shift)
- Staff must be willing to work the shift assigned to them
Equivalent Philippine Time: 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT
About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients, a growing and dynamic IT team supporting Australian businesses. As an IT Tech Support, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations.
You will be working hands-on with modern systems, including Active Directory, Office 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Intune environments. This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals passionate about troubleshooting, client service, and continuous growth in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide prompt technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Active Directory, Office 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, and Windows systems
-Perform system upgrades, updates, and migrations
Implement and monitor IT security measures to safeguard client systems
Document technical incidents, solutions, and maintain accurate support records
Collaborate with the internal team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
Must be willing to work on-site in San Fernando, Pampanga
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles- Prior experience working with Australian clients is preferred
Strong technical knowledge in Active Directory, Office 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, and Windows environments
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Knowledge of IT security best practices and standards
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
-Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
