Work Schedule Requirement

  • Regular working hours fall anywhere between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM (Adelaide, SA Time)
  • Actual shift will depend on rostered scheduling (early or late shift)
  • Staff must be willing to work the shift assigned to them

Equivalent Philippine Time: 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT

About the Role

We are hiring for one of our clients, a growing and dynamic IT team supporting Australian businesses. As an IT Tech Support, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

You will be working hands-on with modern systems, including Active Directory, Office 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Intune environments. This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals passionate about troubleshooting, client service, and continuous growth in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide prompt technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Active Directory, Office 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, and Windows systems

-Perform system upgrades, updates, and migrations

  • Implement and monitor IT security measures to safeguard client systems

  • Document technical incidents, solutions, and maintain accurate support records

  • Collaborate with the internal team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems

  • Must be willing to work on-site in San Fernando, Pampanga

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles- Prior experience working with Australian clients is preferred

  • Strong technical knowledge in Active Directory, Office 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, and Windows environments

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

-Knowledge of IT security best practices and standards

  • Strong communication skills — able to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users

-Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional support
