Our client, Vo Media AI, is a performance-focused digital agency helping local service businesses scale through paid ads and automated funnels. They are results-driven, fast-paced, and looking to bring on a media buying expert to help scale internal and client campaigns that deliver real ROI.

About the Role
This isn't just an ad execution role—it's a performance ownership position. You'll manage and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google LSA, collaborate directly with the founder, and own lead generation and ROAS outcomes for both client accounts and Vo Media AI's in-house brand, Growth Install.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage high-ROAS campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google LSA

  • Set up and optimize Google Guarantee accounts and local targeting

  • Write and test ad copy, creatives, and video scripts for local service businesses

  • Analyze lead quality and conversion rates (form fills, calls, bookings)

  • Run A/B tests across audiences, offers, creatives, and landing pages

  • Own retargeting campaigns and segmentation

  • Maintain weekly ROAS, CPL, and lead funnel performance dashboards

  • Produce SOPs and training videos to document processes

  • Provide weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 4+ years managing Facebook/Instagram ads and/or Google LSA campaigns

  • Proven track record generating 3x–5x ROAS with data to support your results

  • Deep understanding of funnels, conversion mechanics, and follow-up sequences

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose and fix underperforming campaigns

  • Ownership mindset—you're accountable to results, not just tasks

  • Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
