JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare and file all BIR-related returns and forms (e.g., VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, expanded withholding tax, and other applicable filings
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with BIR requirement
  • Ensure timely submission of BIR reports, schedules, and attachments.
  • Monitor and reconcile tax liabilities and payments to prevent penalties and surcharges.
  • Handle registration, updates, and renewal of BIR permits and certificates.
  • Ensure proper safekeeping and archiving of official receipts, invoices, and other accounting records.
  • Assist in BIR audits, queries, and compliance checks.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations, and BIR issuances.
  • Perform general accounting tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,250.00 per month
