proven experience in all facets of employee and labor relations, development and implementation of positive employee engagement initiatives, and support for overall excellent employee experiences.
Key activities and accountabilities include investigations, development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, dispute resolution, labor management, training & development and supporting overall excellent employee experience.
This role will cover primary Cebu CS Philippines and may involve in the delivery of Employee Relations services to other Philippines CS locations and entities.
