About the role

Join Polystar General Services' growing Marketing team as a Marketing professional. This is a full-time role based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote Polystar's products and services, with the aim of driving brand awareness and increasing customer acquisition.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
  2. Creating high-quality marketing content such as website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials
  3. Analysing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies
  6. Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, trade shows, and other marketing activities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of the Marketing & Communications industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content
  4. Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance
  5. Creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to think outside the box
  6. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions
  7. Familiar with the latest marketing trends and best practices in the industry
