As part of our Procurement organization in the Manila Shared Service Center, you will support our global operations by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our vendor master data processes. This role is critical in enabling seamless procurement and finance operations across the organization.Procurement Excellence > Procurement SSC > Procurement MDMResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain, and validate vendor master data in SAP and Ariba, ensuring compliance with global standards and local requirementsReview and process vendor requests from global stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate data entryPerform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies or incomplete information in collaboration with requestors and internal teamsSupport onboarding of new vendors, including due diligence and documentation validationMonitor and manage ticket queues and service level agreements (SLAs) using workflow tools (e.g., Ariba, ServiceNow or similar)Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data governance, automation, and process efficiencyCollaborate with global procurement, finance, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with policies and controlsSupport internal and external audits by providing documentation and data extracts as neededMaintain process documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the teamQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a shared service or multinational environment, specifically in vendor master data managementPractical experience with SAP (Vendor Master module) and Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) is requiredFamiliarity with data governance principles and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX)Keen attention to detail and analytical skillsProficient communication skills in English, both written and verbalAbility to self-manage workload and collaborate in an evolving global environmentExperience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)CompetenciesSAP (Vendor Master module) and Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP)Microsoft Office applicationsAdvanced data management skills in ExcelStakeholder managementWhat we offerVestas provides an open, respectful global culture, an attractive compensation package, and long-term career development.
