Job Summary

We are looking for Junior Data Analyst supports the company's data reporting and analytical needs by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide meaningful insights that assist in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Cleaning

  • Gather data from various sources such as app back-end, CRM, spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Clean and organize raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze key business metrics including user activity, sales performance, and operations data.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

  • Create visual dashboards and charts using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track daily business KPIs (orders, revenue, retention rate, etc.).

  • Identify trends and anomalies, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, marketing, finance, and product teams to provide insights.

  • Support senior analysts in report automation and process optimization.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or any related field.


• At least 1 year of experience in a data analysis or reporting role (fresh graduates with strong Excel skills are welcome).


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).


• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.


• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with high attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.


• Responsible, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
