Job Summary:

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processing and fulfillment of online customer orders. This role involves coordinating with various teams such as warehouse, inventory, customer service, and logistics to guarantee a seamless order fulfillment process from purchase to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management

  • Monitor and process incoming e-commerce orders daily.
  • Verify order accuracy, availability of inventory, and shipping information.
  • Flag and resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly.

2. Fulfillment Coordination

  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders.
  • Ensure packaging complies with brand standards and customer requirements.
  • Track shipment status and update order records accordingly.

3. Inventory Monitoring

  • Monitor stock levels to avoid overselling or backorders.
  • Coordinate restocking and report low inventory levels to procurement or warehouse teams.

4. Customer Communication

  • Communicate with customer service to address order-related inquiries, delays, or changes.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on order status, returns, and replacements.

5. Reporting and Documentation

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order fulfillment performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of fulfilled, pending, and canceled orders.

6. Process Improvement

  • Identify areas for operational improvements and recommend solutions to enhance fulfillment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the implementation of new systems or tools to streamline the e-commerce fulfillment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in order processing, fulfillment, or logistics (preferably in an e-commerce environment).
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and order tracking software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Willing to work in Plaridel, Bulacan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
