The Fulfillment Assistant supports daily order processing and warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. This role is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as organizing inventory and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately following company standards.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
  • Ensure orders are dispatched on time to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
  • Organize inventory to optimize workflow and accessibility.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve order or product issues.
  • Communicate clearly regarding delays, damages, or inventory problems.
  • Assist with returns processing and restocking.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduates or Fresh college graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 6 months of Experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory or warehouse software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
