Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving & Storing: Unloading shipments, verifying contents, scanning items, and moving products to designated locations.
  • Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, including printing labels and ensuring correct quantities.
  • Inventory Management: Conducting cycle counts, monitoring stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Shipping: Moving packed orders to dispatch areas, loading delivery vehicles, and ensuring secure transport.
  • Equipment Operation: Operating pallet jacks, forklifts (if trained), and other warehouse machinery.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and adhering to all safety protocols.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Physical fitness for lifting and standing for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory software.
  • Ability to work efficiently to meet targets.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
