About the role

Rakugaki Central is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Online Store Staff to support our operations across Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organized, efficient, and eager to grow with the company. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipping
  • Update order statuses and coordinate with couriers as needed
  • Receive, label, and restock incoming inventory
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies immediately
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in packing and storage areas
  • Assist with basic administrative or customer-related tasks when required
  • Train and supervise seasonal or temporary staff during peak (BER month) periods
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding product sources, pricing, and internal business information
Qualifications
  • At least a high school graduate
  • Honest, dependable, and attentive to detail
  • Willing to learn and follow standard procedures
  • Physically able to lift and move light to moderate items
  • Experience in online selling platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada) is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable using smartphones and basic apps for order tracking
