About the role
Rakugaki Central is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Online Store Staff to support our operations across Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organized, efficient, and eager to grow with the company. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipping
- Update order statuses and coordinate with couriers as needed
- Receive, label, and restock incoming inventory
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and order in packing and storage areas
- Assist with basic administrative or customer-related tasks when required
- Train and supervise seasonal or temporary staff during peak (BER month) periods
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding product sources, pricing, and internal business information
- At least a high school graduate
- Honest, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Willing to learn and follow standard procedures
- Physically able to lift and move light to moderate items
- Experience in online selling platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada) is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic apps for order tracking
Rakugaki Central is a registered stationery and gift shop specializing in Japanese pens, limited-edition items, and engraving services. We cater to a growing community of students, professionals, and collectors through our online presence on Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada.
