Order Processor

The Order Processor is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain smooth retail operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management:
• Receive, review, and enter customer orders into the system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify product availability, pricing, and delivery details before processing.
• Update order status and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Customer Service:
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery timelines, and product information.
• Resolve issues such as incorrect orders, delays, or product substitutions.
• Inventory Coordination:
• Work with warehouse and inventory teams to confirm stock levels and product readiness.
• Flag and coordinate backorders, low-stock items, or inventory discrepancies.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate order records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on order volume, status, and fulfillment metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Communicate with logistics, warehouse, sales, and retail store teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Support special promotions, seasonal sales, and high-volume order periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in order processing, retail operations, customer service, or related fields.
• Proficiency in order management systems, POS systems, and MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
