ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an ERP Pre-Sales Engineer who will help our sales and consulting teams present ERP solutions to Filipino businesses. This role is ideal for someone with experience in ERP, IT consulting, or software pre-sales who enjoys meeting clients, understanding their business processes, and showing how technology can make operations better.
You will be part of a team that helps local companies modernize their systems for sales, accounting, HR, supply chain, and other key business functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the sales team to identify client needs and challenges
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand business processes and requirements
- Design ERP workflows and present tailored solutions that fit the client's operations
- Deliver product demonstrations that focus on value, efficiency, and ROI
- Prepare and review solution proposals for technical and functional fit
- Coordinate with the implementation team for a smooth project handover
- Support marketing and client education through events, webinars, and workshops
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in ERP pre-sales, or consulting (experience with Odoo, NetSuite, or SAP is a plus)
- Good understanding of business workflows in sales, accounting, CRM, HR, inventory, or manufacturing
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both in-person and online
- Ability to explain technical solutions in clear and simple terms
- Experience working with local Filipino clients is highly preferred
- Strategic thinker with a consultative approach
