Job Description
- Invoicing, recording and updating of daily transaction records
- Team preparation of various business documents, reports and vouchers
- Computation of employee wages
- Client and supplier coordination regarding pending deliveries, receivables and payables
- Management of inbound and outbound checks and disbursements
- Processing and filing of various daily business documents
- Processing of bank transactions
- Payment processing of company expenses
- Management and supervision of admin staff
Skills and Characteristics
- With knowledge and understanding of daily business transactions (i.e, income, expense, etc.)
- Able to properly communicate with a team to accomplish a successful output
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel/Google sheets
- Capable of composing simple professional business letters, messages and emails in English and Filipino
- Flexible and an efficient multi-tasker
- Capable of entertaining phone queries
- Courteous, responsible and a team-player
- Attention to detail
Qualifications
- Education: College degree in any Business, Finance, Accounting and Math related courses
- Comfortable dealing with basic mathematical computations daily
- Prior experience is an advantage but not required
- Fresh graduates willing to learn are welcome
- Willing to work on-site in Binondo, Manila, from Mondays to Saturdays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
