Job Description:

Reports to and works under the supervision of the Legal Group Head and the Chief Legal Counsel. The position provides comprehensive support to the legal team by assisting in the preparation of pleadings and other legal documents. The role involves handling matters related tolegal and administrative cases, labor disputes, corporate transactions, and contractual agreements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Drafts and reviews agreements and contracts for the company and its affiliates; monitors and tracks expiring contracts.
  2. Maintains and safekeeps confidential documents and project agreements of the company.
  3. Assists the Legal Counsel in litigation matters and represents the company in labor cases.
  4. Coordinates with Safety and Security teams to provide legal assistance and assessments regarding employee disputes and grievances related to labor issues.
  5. Provides legal assistance to business units and project sites concerning compliance and regulatory matters, and guides them in the interpretation of relevant regulatory issuances.
  6. Assists in the development and implementation of company policies and regulations.
  7. Provides support to the Board Secretary with documentation and governance-related tasks.
  8. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Legal Group Head or Chief Legal Counsel.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Law graduate (required)
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Paralegal Officer in a law firm or corporate legal department
  3. Strong background and familiarity with construction industry practices, legal processes, and relevant government regulations
  4. Excellent legal research, drafting, and documentation skills
  5. Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  7. Willing to be assigned at Cainta, Rizal
