Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and meticulous professional to fill the role of Support Services Coordinator. This position involves providing direct assistance to senior management, with a focus on organizational support and bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
- Coordinate and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain effective communication channels with clients and vendors via email and phone.
- Prepare and compile financial reports, including payables and other related documents.
- Promote a well-organized work environment and ensure timely submissions.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- A degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping software.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
