Geodetic Engineer Position

Are you a skilled and experienced Geodetic Engineer looking for a challenging opportunity? We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to lead our surveying team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing the activities of the team, conducting surveys to determine exact positions and measurements of land surfaces, and analyzing and interpreting data gathered.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to focus despite work pressure and project timelines. You must also be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct the activities of the geodetic surveying team
  • Conduct surveys to determine exact positions and measurements of land surfaces
  • Analyze and interpret data gathered to ensure adherence to project specifications and survey standards
  • Ensure the correctness of mathematical calculations
  • Create and submit weekly progress reports
  • Project management and budgeting

Requirements:

  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer
  • Basic knowledge in survey procedures and the use of instruments
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to focus despite work pressure and project timelines
  • Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Willing to travel
