ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Full-Time Outsource Marketing Specialist to work remotely as part of our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, with strong skills in branding and visual communication. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently deliver engaging marketing outputs across social media, advertising, and digital platforms to support our commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc).
  • Edit project photos and videos for company portfolio and social media.
  • Update website content landing pages, lead forms, and marketing materials when required. (Squarespace).
  • Review and clean Google Ads search terms.
  • Design and deliver new creatives for Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Implement SEO updates such as adding keywords, meta descriptions, and alt text to website content.
  • Repurpose project content into case studies, brochures for Sales team use.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and social media.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects).
  • Ability to implement basic SEO updates, including keywords, meta descriptions, and image alt text.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for monitoring and adjustments.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to design engaging ad creatives and keep up with current trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setup.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistent quality work.
