About the Role:

We are looking for a QA Engineer (Automation + Manual) (Work-From-Home) to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in both manual and automated testing, ensuring high-quality product delivery across web applications. You'll work closely with developers and product teams to validate functionality, performance, and accessibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
  • Conduct regression, functional, and integration testing
  • Utilize automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
  • Log, document, and track defects using Jira or TestRail
  • Verify WCAG accessibility and overall usability standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing
  • Skilled with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks
  • Familiar with test management systems (Jira, TestRail)
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration
  • Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
  • Familiarity with performance or load testing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
