As a B2B Sales Associate at Inhail Trading (under a shared services arrangement with its other businesses), you will be pivotal in representing our brand and driving sales growth with the LED111 Lights product line for the commercial and municipal fishing sector. You will engage with customers, promote our top-tier products, and work towards expanding our customer base.
We offer the highest quality products in the market, supported by exceptional after-sales service. Our LED111 Technology LED lights are renowned for their superior quality and value. Manufactured in Vietnam, our lights dominate the Vietnamese market with a 90% share.
As you develop expertise in our products and gain a thorough understanding of the market, there will be opportunities for career advancement. We envision growth into a supervisor role, where you'll lead a technically focused sales team and drive further success within the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Representation: Serve as the primary ambassador of Inhail Trading. Represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in various customer interactions, presentations, and workshops across fishing ports in the Philippines.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, including features, benefits, and unique selling points. Be able to articulate this information to customers in a compelling manner.
Sales Generation: Actively engage with customers to drive sales. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
Leads Generation: Identify and engage potential leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking. Qualify prospects, manage lead data in the CRM, and collaborate with marketing for any strategies that may be needed.
Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers. It's nice to be working in a Company who cares for its clients. Address any inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively.
Promotional Activities: Execute promotional activities such as product demonstrations, sampling events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Utilize networking opportunities to expand your customer base.
Market Research: Stay updated about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to support strategic decision-making.
Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements:
: College Graduate in Business, Fisheries or Science related course is an advantage. Additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
: Charismatic, outgoing, and able to connect with diverse audiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
: Proven track record in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets is crucial.
: Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly self-driven and goal oriented.
: Willingness to travel regularly to provincial ports where fishing fleets and customers are based.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php200,000.00 per month
