Job Title: B2B Cold Caller (Property Owners and Investors) Location: Pasig (on-site preferred for proximity to team and operations)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead outreach to property owners and prospect investors. This individual will play a critical role in building relationships with property owners, generating interest in selling or repositioning their properties, and securing qualified meetings for the senior acquisitions and sales team.
This is not a generic appointment-setting role—this is a front-line sales opportunity to connect directly with property owners, influence key investment decisions, and fuel GoldMF's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively identify and research apartment owners, property operators, and key decision-makers within target markets.
· Execute high-volume outbound cold calling (minimum 250 dials per day) to property owners to determine if their property is for sale.
· Secure a minimum of 3 qualified appointments daily with interested owners and seamlessly hand off opportunities to the Investor Relations team.
· Generate, qualify, and nurture leads with a strong focus on driving property sales opportunities.
· Accurately track all outreach activities, appointments booked, and pipeline progress in the Hubspot system.
· Collaborate with leadership and marketing to refine messaging, objection handling, and targeting strategies to improve results.
· Provide ongoing feedback on owner sentiment, competitive insights, and market trends to strengthen the sales approach.
· Consistently meet and exceed all activity and conversion KPIs (dials, appointments, and opportunities created).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
