Job Summary:

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in the sales process by using your technical knowledge to explain the benefits of our products or services, tailor solutions to client requirements, and support the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and design tailored technical solutions that demonstrate product value.
  • Partner with the sales team during client meetings to deliver technical presentations and product demos.
  • Respond to technical questions from customers before and after the sale.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and documentation.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to feed customer feedback into product improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of bids and tenders.
  • Travel to client sites for pre-sales meetings, system installations, or troubleshooting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or engineering support role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
