Job Description: The Sales Engineer / Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of lighting and electrical products to new and existing clients. This role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs.​
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.​Recruiting Resources
  • Client Engagement: Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable products.​
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices and terms, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.​
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and addressing concerns.​
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.​
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations.​Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or any field.​
  • Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in the Construction industry or any related field.​
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.​
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.​
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.​
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.​
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.​
  • Willingness to travel as required.​
