Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system.
  • Assist in bookkeeping and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Process payments and support accounts payable/receivable functions.
  • Assist in audit preparations, including document gathering and reconciliation.
  • Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in Journal Entries, Bookkeeping, Payment Processing, and Accounting Systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
