Job Mission/Purpose:

To support the company's growth and expansion by facilitating the timely and strategic acquisition of land. The Land Acquisition Associate ensures that all property negotiations are supported and due diligence, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders are efficiently executed, compliant with legal requirements, and aligned with the company's development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of any and all legal documents required including but not limited to: Contracts like Earnest Money Agreement, Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Land Development Agreement, SPAs, etc.
  • Proofread, print and prepare documents for signing.
  • Quality Assurance and Document Filing.
  • Identify lacking documents and coordinate with POC for Documentation and Broker's POC.
  • Google Earth/GIS Plotting
  • Collate details provided and present in a PowerPoint
  • Scheduling of appointments with sellers and brokers
  • Perform other administrative functions like processing of CAs, Liquidations, Reimbursements, among other things.
  • Support in Legal and Technical Validation
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Document Compilation and Tracking

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: College Graduate in Real Estate Management / Any pre-law course or any equivalent course.
  • Work Experience: At least 1-2 years of administrative experience in real estate or legal documentation.
