Role Purpose:

The Construction Project Manager will serve as the head of the Construction Management Division (CMD). This role provides leadership over planning, technical, and site execution functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and oversee the CMD team (planning & technical division + site execution division).

● Owns project controls: budget, schedule, workmanship, reporting, and performance monitoring.

● Act as escalation point for technical and site-related issues.

● Leads large meetings with internal organizational units, contractors, and stakeholders.

● Provide technical oversight and act as Sr. Senior Site Engineer

● Ensure alignment between planning/technical standards and site implementation.

● Uphold safety, quality, and compliance requirements across all trades.

Key Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

● 15–20 years of experience in construction project management, at least 10 years of which should be directly in real estate development for economic and open market housing

● Strong background in both technical and operational aspects of construction.

● Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Hours: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Range: Php 150,000 to Php 165,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150, Php165,000.00 per month
