About the role This role is responsible for leading and delivering successful projects that drive the strategic objectives of the organization. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders to plan, execute and monitor complex initiatives that enhance the company's management and change consulting services. What you'll be doing Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies to minimize disruptions Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and escalate any significant concerns Implement robust project governance, reporting and change control processes Continuously improve project management practices and share learnings with the wider team What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the management and change consulting industry Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute and deliver complex projects Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to build trust and alignment Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, business or a related discipline What we offer At Bastion, we are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
