Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of experience in mall leasing and/or operations, administration of real estate development and management work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations, building management and maintenance of commercial building properties and land leases.

  • Implements enhancement programs for the malls in accordance with management's directives.

  • Monitors market conditions and trends, spaces for lease, and conducts viewing of available spaces with prospective tenants.

  • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.

  • Monitors operating expenses and ensure that it is within the budget.

  • Prepares periodic reports on performance of leasing activities, retail operating expenses, P&L budget to management.

  • Act as an account manager for all tenants which involves negotiation of lease conditions, daily coordination with tenants to identify and resolve issues, implementation of lease Terms and Conditions, and ensuring their safety and security.

  • Seeks out first to market brands and new concepts.

  • Coordinates with marketing team in development and implementation of marketing events and activities.

  • Performs other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
