Commercial Leasing Manager

Responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of the company, including contract management, negotiation, tenant relations, and supporting tenant operations, as well as people management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handles negotiation of commercial terms with prospective tenants.
  • Guides potential tenants during site visits and property inspections.
  • Responds promptly to tenant inquiries and issues concerning the building, billing, and other lease-related matters.
  • Acts on behalf of the Lessor to finalize lease agreements for units and parking spaces.
  • Verifies that all provisions and obligations stated in the Lease Contract are fulfilled.
  • Implements and upholds policies and decisions issued by Management and the Board.
  • Conducts administrative activities related to recruitment, employee discipline, development, and performance evaluation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Legal Management, Business Administration, Property/Real Estate Management, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in Leasing/Tenants Relations
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
