The Opportunity

Mosaia helps investment teams get deals done faster. We screen thousands of targets, score fit against their investment criteria, perform a due diligence of the business, and surface the signals they need to be first and outperform competitors.

Buying and selling a business is slow. Finding, researching, contacting, and meeting targets takes months. There is an opportunity to help companies find targets faster, and match them with the one that truly meets their needs.

Mosaia pairs Domain Expert leaders with a dedicated Engineer to leverage AI in a surgical way, so they

don't lose time with repetitive and painful tasks, and grow in their role and responsibilities 2x faster than at traditional companies.

The Role

As Mosaia AI Due Diligence Manager, you own getting results for Mosaia's clients. Hitting their high bar for quality. You'll have the opportunity to be creative to solve the problems they care about.

You will leverage custom-built AI agents to get work done and you will oversee complex workflows,

constantly iterating with clients to solve their most complex problems. Your impact will help clients

transform their industry and outperform their competition. You'll also have the ability to grow with this role, and hire and mentor a team of Analysts.

What You'll Do

  • Perform industry mapping
  • Prioritize targets
  • Stand up AI-assisted research workflows
  • Test different ways to source and verify information
  • Present findings to clients in the format they prefer (Excel, PowerPoint, Notion)
  • Collaborate closely with Mosaia CEO, Mosaia CTO, and Mosaia Engineering team
  • Uncover new needs to solve and scope with Mosaia Engineering team
  • Grow your own pod (you and hire a team of 2-4 analysts)
  • Demonstrate measurable client impact

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to raise the bar for delivery
  • Result oriented
  • Ability to grow into a leadership role
  • Fluency in Excel and Powerpoint, Google Sheets and Google Slides, Airtable
  • Strong experience using AI tools

Nice to have

  • Experience at consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain or boutique strategy firm
