We are forming a
special project team
to conduct a
Finance-Only Due Diligence Review
for the planned acquisition of a local airline.

This is a rare opportunity to participate in a high-impact engagement supporting investors in evaluating a strategic aviation acquisition.


About the Project

The due diligence engagement will assess the financial condition, tax compliance, liabilities, and funding requirements of a small commercial airline.

You'll work directly with the CFO lead and other subject-matter experts in legal, technical, and regulatory domains to deliver a comprehensive due diligence report.


Open Roles

Senior Accountant / Auditor (1)

  • Review financial statements, trial balances, and ledgers.
  • Validate AR/AP, loans, and fixed asset records.
  • Assist in preparing adjusted financial statements and variance analyses.

Tax Consultant (1)

  • Review BIR filings, VAT, income tax, and withholding taxes.
  • Identify open assessments or exposure risks.
  • Prepare tax compliance summary for inclusion in the due diligence report.

Treasury & Funding Analyst (1)

  • Review bank accounts, loan agreements, and cash positions.
  • Assist in liquidity analysis and working capital modeling.
  • Support financial model preparation for restart funding requirements.

FP&A / Financial Modeler (1)

  • Develop short-term forecasts and valuation models.
  • Conduct sensitivity and break-even analysis.
  • Consolidate data from legal/technical teams into financial models.

Due Diligence Support Analyst / Admin (1)

  • Manage data room files and document tracking.
  • Coordinate schedules, consolidate findings, and prepare weekly summaries.


Ideal Qualifications

  • CPA or equivalent background preferred (for finance/tax roles).
  • Experience in
    audit, due diligence, FP&A, or corporate finance
    (1–5 years).
  • Familiarity with
    aviation, logistics, or regulated industries
    is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Available immediately or within 1 week.


Engagement Terms

  • Contract Duration:
    3 months (with possible extension).
  • Compensation:
    Competitive project-based or fixed rate (depending on role and experience).
  • Work directly with the CFO advisor and investor group.
  • Remote/hybrid setup with occasional in-person reviews in Metro Manila.
