About The Role
As an
Operations Officer
, you will ensure the efficient procurement of insurance policies, monitor clearance requests, monitor payment and service fee receivables, oversee claims processes, and prepare accurate reports. You will be expected to have a proactive approach in analyzing operations, building strong client relationships, negotiating terms, and maintaining strict governance and control standards.

How You'll Contribute

  • Evaluate insurance procurement processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Analyze trends in clearance requests, payments, and claims to identify operational gaps and recommend improvements
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries on policy details, payments, and claims
  • Build long-term relationships with insurance providers and ensure service satisfaction
  • Negotiate competitive insurance premium rates and terms with providers to meet organizational requirements
  • Help with resolutions for claims and payment disputes on a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for insurance procurement
  • Monitor insurance-related workflows to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards
  • Other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry or related experience
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite
