What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Actively listening to customer enquiries and concerns, and providing timely and accurate information or solutions
  3. Documenting customer interactions and updates in our systems
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  5. Providing product and service information to customers
  6. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
  7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our call centre operations

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently
  5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  6. Relevant qualifications in a related field would be an advantage
