Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative for our Premium Cable Account. This full-time role in our Bacolod City, Negros Occidental office will allow you to play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As a front-line customer support professional, you will be the friendly voice that helps resolve inquiries and enhances the customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Provide accurate information about product features, pricing and service offerings
  3. Process customer requests and orders, including new installations, upgrades and cancellations
  4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  6. Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices with colleagues

What we're looking for

  1. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
