Position: Sales Associate

Work Setup: Mon to Fri – Onsite, Sat - Remote

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role focuses on selling a wide range of products from packaging solutions up to processing machines to businesses. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for sales, a good understanding of packaging and processing machines and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Job Description:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the cosmetic, skincare, and personal care, and other related industries.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Present and promote our range of existing and customized packaging solutions to match client needs.
  • Be accountable for meeting individual sales targets and contributing to team revenue goals.

Customer Engagement

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate packaging solutions.
  • Provide guidance on materials, design, and customization options.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery of orders.

Market Research

  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and packaging innovations.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand our product offerings based on industry demands.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the designs and procurement teams to ensure feasibility of customized packaging.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure efficient order fulfilment.

And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • College undergrad or bachelor's degree graduate of any course
  • At least 4 years experience in B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php22,000.00 per month
