SALES ASSOCIATE - SM PAMPANGA

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Promotion: Suggesting items, processing sales transactions, and promoting products to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of products and services to answer customer questions effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Assisting with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and potentially managing inventory levels.
  • Store Operations: Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, potentially assisting with displays and signage.
  • Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling returns.
  • Payment Processing: Handling cash and card transactions, potentially using POS systems.
