Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Business Analyst, based in Taguig. The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting business and system requirements, and evaluating processes to identify areas for improvement. The role involves collaboration with technical teams to ensure the alignment of systems with business objectives, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and Systems Analysis
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Business Process evaluation, and Business Requirements documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
