Country Operations Manager – Philippines

Role Overview

The Country Operations Manager will lead and oversee all business operations in the Philippines. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, managing operations, and ensuring alignment with regional strategies set by the Regional Headquarters in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product and sales strategies aligned with local market requirements and customer demands.
  • Create and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key National Accounts to achieve regional and national budget objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with the Regional HQ in Singapore to implement regional strategies and operational initiatives.
  • Supervise and manage all staff in the Philippines office, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Manage and execute trade and sales activities to achieve annual sales and gross margin targets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in industrial sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing a small sales team.
  • Proven experience in direct sales within automotive servicing, aviation, mining, or oil & gas sectors.
  • Previous exposure to saws, tools, automotive equipment, and general industrial products is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; customer-focused and results-oriented.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, own a vehicle, and be willing to travel nationwide.
