ROLE: Country Responsible Trainer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinates with internal and external customers on training needs.
- Assists the Marketing Manager in managing and delivering educational activities offered in the FME Academy
- Coordinates with commercial team to train external accounts and customers on the assigned product.
- Trains application specialists internally.
- Provides, as per coordination, training/education to other FME Philippine entities.
- Attends and participates in organization and department-wide and mandated activities.
- Attends relevant training required for the role.
- Active management of training files, modules and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement including timely submission as required.
- Participates in competency review activities initiated by partnering department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have valid Nursing PRC License
- With at least 2 years hemodialysis nursing experience.
- Teaching experience is a must. Preferred candidate should be knowledgeable in hemodialysis nursing topic, general nursing topic or general HD topic.
- Candidate preferred should have high learning agility and proven track record of effective knowledge transfer.
- Amenable with fieldwork/offsite work
