Mama Lou's Group is looking for a highly driven and strategic Operations Manager to lead and elevate our restaurant operations. This role is perfect for a strong leader with a passion for people, process efficiency, and delivering excellent guest experiences across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional service.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Area Managers and store leadership teams.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, including sales performance, cost control, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and food safety regulations.
  • Support manpower planning, training, and performance management across stores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.) to support operational needs.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance productivity, profitability, and overall guest experience.
  • Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to ensure consistent execution of standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and KPI management.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple locations.
  • Willing to travel regularly for store visits and operational reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
