About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Account Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Millenial Tech Computer and Office Supplies. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key client accounts, ensuring outstanding customer service and driving revenue growth. Based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, this role is integral to the success of our business within the sales and account management function.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our existing client base
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating new sales leads to expand our customer portfolio
  • Conducting needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring profitability
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling client inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the computer or office supplies industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the computer market, trends and competitor landscape
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • A collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, I.T or a related field preferred
