About the role

Duke-R Medical is seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team to be based in General Santos City South Cotabato. This full-time position will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer relationships within the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
  2. Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
  3. Maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships through excellent account management
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns
  5. Analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity
  7. Attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of proven sales and marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare industry is an advantage
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships
  3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Adaptable and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Willing to travel within area of assignment
  6. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  7. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
