JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in the preparation and compilation of VAT refund claims by providing necessary documentation.
  • Collect, organize, and verify invoices and other documents required for VAT refund claims.
  • Encode VAT refund-related invoices, official receipts, and other necessary documents and information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of VAT refund transactions.
  • Scan, photocopy, and organize all documents related to VAT, purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and other accounting records.
  • Perform countersigning of invoices to suppliers and ensure the related documents for VAT refunds are complete
  • Support the accounting team during VAT audits by supplying scanned or photocopied documents as requested
  • Prepare periodic reports on VAT refund progress
  • Other task related to VAT refund

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least senior high school graduate
  • Previous accounting experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in computer applications and accounting software.
  • Positive work attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 11 months
