JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of VAT refund claims by providing necessary documentation.
- Collect, organize, and verify invoices and other documents required for VAT refund claims.
- Encode VAT refund-related invoices, official receipts, and other necessary documents and information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of VAT refund transactions.
- Scan, photocopy, and organize all documents related to VAT, purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and other accounting records.
- Perform countersigning of invoices to suppliers and ensure the related documents for VAT refunds are complete
- Support the accounting team during VAT audits by supplying scanned or photocopied documents as requested
- Prepare periodic reports on VAT refund progress
- Other task related to VAT refund
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least senior high school graduate
- Previous accounting experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in computer applications and accounting software.
- Positive work attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 11 months

- Tunasan 1773 P00: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
