Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in payroll processing, HR administration or clerical support.
  • Basic knowledge pf payroll systems, timekeeping, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee data.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill to coordinate with staff and resolve payroll/HR concerns.
  • 1-2 years of HR Payroll Clerk work experience.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll software.
  • Knowledge of Philippines labor laws and HR policies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict payroll deadlines.
