  • Oversee all administrative operations for building maintenance, housekeeping, security concerns for Times facilities including all equipment, warehouse sites, stores, consignment sites, and other facilities.
  • Supervise staff and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of office premises and related facilities and develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Regularly monitor all government-related requirements for compliance (e.g. BFP, City Hall, DENR, LLDA, etc.) including permits and other regulatory requirements, and will be designated as Pollution Control Officer and Building and Facilities Administrator.
  • Implement and enforce workplace health and safety policies by working with different department, HR, and management team to ensure adherence to good housekeeping and security practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and address issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage office space utilization and seating arrangements.
  • Maintain facility-related documentation such as leases, permits, and maintenance records.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure readiness for fire, safety, or evacuation procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
